Return Policy

Your satisfaction with every Synova batch matters to us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@synovaresearch.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened products

Due to the cold-chain and quality-control requirements of research-grade peptides, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a quality inspection on arrival.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt at our facility.
