UK orders placed before 3pm dispatch the same working day.

UK delivery

Tracked next-day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order leaves our facility.

Packaging

All vials are shipped in discreet, plain outer packaging with insulating wrap. Heat-sensitive compounds are dispatched with cold-chain protection where required.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, email support@synovaresearch.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
